This collection contains two journals of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony held at the Statehouse Convention Center.

Biographical/Historical Note

The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Foundation (ABHOF Foundation) was founded in 1992 by Charles Stewart and Patricia Goodwin. The mission of the ABHOF Foundation is to correct the dereliction of Black history in American culture and provide financial support for youth programs, health and wellness, and education needs within the Black community. The ABHOF Induction Ceremony is the main fundraiser for the ABHOF with all proceeds from the ceremony funding grants to charitable organizations or individuals.
