This collection contains one broadside, a notice of "$50 Reward for the arrest and detention until in the custody of the sheriff of Greene County, Ark., for Tom Rowe, who left Paragould, Ark., on October 23, 1908 with a horse and buggy," by R.L. Camp, Sheriff. Also included are descriptions of Rowe and the horse, as well as Rowe's photograph.
