Senate Bill No. 67 was a bill introduced by Senator Max Howell, during the First Extraordinary Session of the sixty-sixth General Assembly, for "the merger of Little Rock University with the University of Arkansas;" thus forming the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This bill contains original signatures of Senators Max Howell, Oscar Algood, Dan Sprick, Joe T. Ford, and Ben Allen.
