This collection contains a copy of Senator Ivo Gilbert's Senate Bill Number 332 of 1933 as well as a copy of the amendment to it.
Biographical/Historical Note
Ivo William Gilbert (1899-1979) was born September 15, 1899 to William Gilbert and Olive Rogers Gilbert. Gilbert attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and worked as a farmer and a lawyer. On July 28, 1928 he married Agnes Beavers Hill. Senator Ivo William Gilbert represented the counties of Crawford and Franklin during the 49th and 50th General Assemblies. Ivo Gilbert died October 10, 1979.
