This collection contains a post card from the German-American Building Association advertising stock for sale dated December 22, 1910.
Biographical/Historical Note
The German-American Building Association was formed in September 1890 by leaders of the Little Rock German American community as a mutual and cooperative savings institute. Their first president was Fred Rossner. L.E. Walther served as secretary for the association and kept the stock books at his store at 119 East Markham and then later at the Bank of Commerce at 113 South Main.
