Biographical/Historical Note
Charles Alexander Starbird (1854-1939) was born August 9, 1854 in Fair Water, Wisconsin. Starbird attended the University of Wisconsin and after his graduation in 1875 began practicing law. Starbird moved to Kansas in 1878 and practiced law there before moving to Alma, Arkansas. Starbird was elected Crawford County, Arkansas judge three times between 1912-1916. Charles Alexander Starbird died June 23, 1939.
