Comments

I selected this item because of the significance of the Conway family to Arkansas history. Ann was the oldest child of James Sevier Conway, 1st governor of the state of Arkansas. Ann is buried in Washington, Arkansas at the Presbyterian Cemetery (now known as Old Washington Cemetery), and is one of only two of Gov. Conway's ten children not buried at the Conway family cemetery in Lafayette County, Arkansas. - Melissa Nesbitt
