This notecard is folded and printed on both sides to track the retirement fund for school teacher Vesta Mae Wyatt Purdy.

Biographical/Historical Note

The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ARTS) began in 1937 to serve teachers throughout Arkansas. Their years of teaching were tracked on this small form along with the district where they taught, their monetary contributions, and annual salaries.
