Biographical/Historical Note
The Loyal Fraternal Home was an insurance agency that operated out of Missouri in the early 20th century. Local chapters were established, called "lodges," and members were recruited to join. Members paid dues to the Loyal Fraternal Home which in turn would pay a lump sum to beneficiaries upon the death of the member. The National Annuity Association partially bought out the Loyal Fraternal Home in 1906.
