This is a Western Union telegram sent to Governor Harvey Parnell from John Buxton, M.P. Smith, and R.A. Pritchett, advising the Governor that the drought situation in their area has grown dire.
Harvey Parnell was the 29th Governor for the state of Arkansas and served from 1928-1933.
