Transcription

Dec. 21, 1851 Governor T. C. McRae born, admitted to bar 1873, served two terms as governor, served as member of congress 18 years in succession.

Fulton County created Dec. 21, 1842.

New court house at Clarksville. Clarksville incorporated Dec. 21, 1848.

Baring Cross Bridge at Little Rock completed and first train crossed Dec. 21, 1873.
