Transcription
August 15, 1817 Dr. James A. Dibrell, born in Tennessee, noted surgeon in Arkansas 1840-1897, lived in Van Buren.
Dermott in Chicot County incorporated Aug. 15, 1890.
William S. Fulton, territorial governor and U. S. senator, died Aug. 15, 1844.
Spiggott in Clay County incorporated Aug. 15, 1891.
