This collection contains a brief description of early Arkansas architecture written by Lawson Deloney, founder of Deloney and Wittenberg architecture firm.

Biographical/Historical Note

Lawson Deloney was born on March 14, 1890, at Little Rock, Arkansas. He founded the Deloney and Wittenberg architecture firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, with the help of George Wittenburg. The firm is still in business as Wittenberg, Deloney, and Davidson. Deloney was a member of the American Institute of Architects from 1921 until his death November 20, 1976.
