This collection contains a notice of sale for Joseph Brogan’s estate to be held at Sebastian County Court House, Fort Smith, Arkansas on June 29, 1876. The petitioner of the sale and the administrator of the estate was Edward C. Brogan, the brother of Joseph.

Joseph Brogan was born in Killybegs, County Donegal, Ireland in 1823. Joseph passed away on November 3, 1873 in Sebastian County, Arkansas.
