Description
This broadside is a message from Brigadier General Napoleon Bonaparte Burrow requiring all men subject to military duty to report to the headquarters of the 3rd Brigade 1st Division Arkansas militia, in Fort Smith. Anyone refused to report for duty were to be treated as deserters.

Brigadier General N.B. Burrow was the commander of the 3rd Brigade, 1st Division of the Arkansas State Militia.
