This collection contains one broadside, a notice of a five-hundred dollar reward for Oliver Hulsizer, wanted for murder.

Biographical/Historical Note

Oliver Hulsizer was charged with second-degree murder for the stabbing of Dewey Isdale at a dance near Fayetteville. He pleaded self-defense and was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to two years in prison in April of 1929.
