This collection contains the Civil War recollections of Andrew Park and a letter from William D. McCain, Director of the Department of Archives and History, State of Mississippi, to Ted Worley, Director of Arkansas History Commission, discussing Andrew Park.
Biographical/Historical Note
Andrew Park was a member of the Forty-Second Regiment of Mississippi Infantry of the Confederate State of America. He served as a Private in Company I of this regiment.
