Biographical/Historical Note
The Arkansas Black History Quiz Bowl Association is a nonprofit corporation formed on November 17, 2008, by Frank Bateman. The purpose of the Quiz Bowl is to heighten the awareness and appreciation of the contributions of African Americans in the development of world history and culture.
