Biographical/Historical Note
This collection contains a letter from James M. Bull of Gentry, Arkansas, to J.H. Reynolds of Fayetteville, Arkansas. John Hugh Reynolds, born January 3, 1869, was president of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. An author, whose works include "Makers of Arkansas History," he was instrumental in the creation of the Arkansas History Commission in 1905. Reynolds died in Conway, Arkansas, on June 26, 1954.
