This collection contains a letter from W.H. "Coin" Harvey of Monte Ne, Arkansas, to a Mr. Davidson concerning the Monte Ne Railway Company.

Biographical/Historical Note

William Hope "Coin" Harvey (1851-1936) founded the resort of Monte Ne (Benton County) and the Ozark Trail Association. These established him as a pioneer in the promotion of Arkansas tourism. Harvey was also the 1932 Liberty Party nominee for President of the United States.
