The certificate dated October 18, 1893 is for the completion of the Merry's Creek Ditch in Corning, Clay County, Arkansas on the land owned by James Langford with the assistance of Z.T Daniel, the public surveyor, James Dudgeon, the contractor, and H.D. Schwinegnumber [?], the ditch digger.
