Biographical/Historical Note
Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882-1945) was a politician who served as 32nd president of the United States. Junius Marion Futrell (1870-1955) was the thirtieth governor of Arkansas as well as a circuit and chancery judge. He was governor during the Great Depression.
