Biographical/Historical Note
Washington Lovett Bell (1803-1867) was born around 1803 to Joseph and Mary Slade Bell. He moved to Arkansas in 1849 and settled in Ashley County, Arkansas. Bell was married to Susan Turner and then after her death he married Mary Gaston Kirkpatrick. Washington Lovett Bell died in August 1867.
