Biographical/Historical Note
John Cathey Foster, a retired United States Air Force Colonel, was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on March 4, 1916, the son of John H. Foster and Gussie Sue Berry of Paris, Logan County, Arkansas. His father, John Harrison Foster, was born in 1888 in Logan County, and his mother, Gussie Sue Berry Foster, was born in Oregon in 1888. John C. Foster died November 23, 2007, in Denver, Colorado.
