This audit report of Fort Smith Aircraft Company was prepared by R.C. Frambers and Company in 1929.
Biographical/Historical Note
In 1927 the Fort Smith Aircraft Company drew up a subscription agreement with individuals to purchase shares in a new corporation which would take over the properties of the Fort Smith Aircraft Company. The company leased land for an airport in 1929.
