World War I military roster for Battery C, 142nd Field Artillery.
Biographical/Historical Note
The 142nd Field Artillery unit consisted of a large number of men from northwest Arkansas. Most of the men included in these records were drafted in August 1917 and were trained at Camp Pike, Arkansas, before serving in France during World War I from August 1918 to June 1919.
