Comments
Rarely do you get such a complete view of a community as this album of images from Grady, Arkansas, provides. While I only choose my favorite image, one of a bride in a lovely dress and long veil, there are photos of the community attending church, working, getting their hair done, and eating meals together, among others. The photographer also wrote a manuscript from the material she collected during her time photographing and interviewing the residents of Grady. - Elizabeth Freeman
