Description

Black and white architectural drawing and park design for the 200 block of South 1st Street between Elm and Poplar Streets in Rogers. The buildings in the 200 block of South 1st Street are examples of the 19th century commercial buildings. The plan proposes an infill building that would be similar with the rest of the downtown. The plan also proposes park space at the corner of 1st and Elm Streets where the Crescent Hotel was.
