Gov. of the state of Arkansas
Dr. Sir
I, William, M. Bruce, Colonel
Commandant of the Regiment No. 28
of the Arkansas Militia.
Do hereby certify that in pressance
with a Regimental Order No. 16,
dated December 13th 1860. (these elections were created in consequence of a
division of the Clark County Militia
having being divided in to two Regs.)
An election was held on the 5th day
of January A.D. 1861, for the following
