Governor of the State of
Arkansas
I H.H. Elliott Colonel
Commanders of the
forty sixth (46) Regiment
of Arkansas Militia, do
hereby certyfy[sic] that at an
election held on the
29th day of April 1861
for officers to take
command of the Dully
Volunteer Rifles the following
were the result of said
election
Feaster J. Cameron Captain
Mathew M. Duffie 1st Lieut
Nicholas Ketchum 2d Lieut
Robert A Lea 3d "
