Located at the southeast corner of Garland Avenue and Priddy Street on east side of street facing west.
Biographical/Historical Note
Beno F.F. Feibel was the first to pay taxes on this building and as a result, in 1902, became bankrupt and dropped out of the magazine scene. This building and "sheep row" burned in 1918.
