Biographical/Historical Note
The Arkansas Food Hall of Fame was created and managed by the Department of Arkansas Heritage. Established in 2016, the program is a statewide effort to recognize Arkansas’s culinary heritage. Food, food traditions, and the people who create Arkansas’s food landscape are highlighted. The program honors Arkansas restaurants and chefs in celebrating the state’s food culture.
