This collection is comprised of two township plat books circa 1855, and a 1906 Pulaski County atlas.
Biographical/Historical Note
Pulaski County, home of Arkansas's capital city, Little Rock, was formed on December 15, 1818. County assessors are elected officials who are responsible for determining the fair market value of property thereby allowing property owners to pay the correct amount of taxes as determined by the property’s assessed value tax rate.
