This collection contains minutes of a meeting of stockholders of Harris Lumber Company. The meeting was held on February 26, 1910, in Eagleton, Arkansas. According to the minutes, R.P. Harris held 396 shares of stock in the company; and Ceasar Wyss, B.T. Johnson, Mrs. R.P. Harris, and J.A. Mackey all held one share in the company. At the meeting, R.P. Harris was elected chairman and J.A. Mackey was elected secretary.
